Vehicle Rental & Tour Service Policy
  • Service Coverage Area: Standard daily rates cover transportation throughout Yogyakarta and popular surrounding attractions, including Borobudur Temple, Prambanan, Sleman, Bantul, Kulon Progo, and the scenic landscapes of Gunungkidul (Wonosari).
  • Flexible Pick-up & Drop-off: We provide door-to-door pick-up from any location in Yogyakarta, including hotels, private villas, homestays, train stations, or designated meeting spots.
  • All-Inclusive Essentials: Every rental package includes a well-maintained private air-conditioned vehicle, dedicated English-friendly driver, fuel/petrol, and complimentary bottled mineral water.
  • Inclusions & Exclusions: Rates exclude tourist attraction entrance tickets, personal expenses, meals, and driver gratuities (tips are entirely voluntary).
  • YIA Airport VIP Pick-up: Pick-ups inside Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) with VIP terminal parking incur an additional surcharge of IDR 150,000 - IDR 200,000 depending on vehicle capacity.
  • Airport Transfer After Tour: Direct transfer to YIA Airport following your tour completion is available for IDR 200,000 (payable directly to your driver).
  • Overtime Policy: Extra hours beyond the standard rental duration are billed at 10% of the daily rate per additional hour, starting from the first hour after the tour concludes.
  • Intercity Overland Travel: For long-distance overland journeys across Java and Bali, driving time is capped at a maximum of 14 hours per day for safety and passenger comfort.
  • Driver Overnight Allowance: For multi-day trips outside Yogyakarta requiring an overnight stay, an accommodation allowance of IDR 150,000 - IDR 200,000 per night applies for the driver.
  • Holiday Peak Season: Standard published rates do not apply during high-season holiday periods (Eid Mubarak, Christmas, and New Year).
  • Price Validity: Rates are subject to seasonal adjustments; please contact our team directly to verify the exact price for your travel dates.

  • Step 3 - Share Your Travel Plans: Tell us your desired travel dates, pickup location, and must-visit destinations so we can calculate a clear, all-inclusive quote.
  • Step 4 - Complete Reservation Details: Review and confirm the booking order form provided by our team.
  • Step 5 - Secure Payment: Complete your payment securely via WISE, Revolut, XOOM, or international wire transfer. Official verified bank account: BCA (Bank Central Asia) / Account Number: 2360509951 / Beneficiary Name: IDA NUR HIDAYATI.
  • Step 6 - Receive Official Booking Voucher: Upon payment verification, we will instantly send your official booking confirmation and receipt in PDF format via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Step 7 - Driver Dispatch & Meet-Up: Ahead of your scheduled departure, we will send you your driver's direct contact details and vehicle license plate number for effortless pickup coordination.
